1、负责社交和投稿内容生态的策略运营工作，围绕既有产品机制与推荐分发框架，制定并推动AI驱动的运营策略迭代，提升投稿量、社交关系建立与激活效率，结合大模型能力探索投稿内容理解、投稿辅助、社交关系建立与活跃等场景下的增长机会与提效空间； 2、深入理解用户投稿动机、投稿玩法及社交互动机制，挖掘影响投稿转化、内容分发和关系建立的关键因素，基于Prompt Engineering、RAG等AI能力，优化投稿链路、内容识别、用户触达和运营策略执行效率，推动AI能力在内容生态中的规模化应用； 3、拆解业务核心指标，搭建AI运营评估体系，建设评测集、负面案例分析机制和效果归因方法，结合离线评测、在线数据分析及AB实验，持续验证并优化AI策略效果； 4、协同运营、产品、算法、工程等团队，推动AI运营方案落地，打通策略设计、数据建设、模型能力接入、效果验证与迭代优化闭环，保障业务目标达成； 5、通过数据分析、用户调研和案例复盘，持续发现内容生态与社交生态中的效率问题与增长机会，沉淀AI运营方法论，推动重点场景的标准化、流程化和智能化提效。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上运营、策略运营、内容运营或相关工作经验，有内容生态、创作者生态、推荐分发、社交增长或AI应用相关经验优先； 2、数据敏感，逻辑清晰，结果导向，能独立完成业务指标拆解、实验设计、效果归因和策略复盘；具备SQL能力优先，有通过数据驱动运营优化的经验优先； 3、对大模型技术有较强认知，理解Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent、模型评估等关键方法，能够结合业务场景推动AI能力落地，提升运营效率与业务结果； 4、有AI应用落地经验优先，包括但不限于：内容理解、投稿辅助、质量判别、创作者触达、运营自动化、负面案例挖掘与迭代优化等；具备评测集建设、效果评估或AI工作流搭建经验者优先； 5、了解大模型训练与优化基本方法，有训练数据构建、样本策略设计或模型效果迭代经验者优先； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立推动跨团队项目，协同产品、算法、工程等角色推动AI运营专项落地。

加分项（可选） 1、有基于大模型能力推动运营提效或业务增长的实际项目经验； 2、熟悉主流大模型应用方式，具备Prompt调优、RAG落地、Agent/Workflow搭建经验； 3、有评测集构建、负面案例分析、离线评测与在线实验结合迭代的经验； 4、对社区投稿、创作者生态、社交互动产品有深入理解，能结合AI能力识别和放大业务机会。
