1、负责专利流程体系建设与优化，基于流程和数据洞察识别关键瓶颈，推动标准化、自动化及效率提升； 2、负责专利费用全链路管理，统筹预算编制、测算分析、执行监控及模型建设，持续推进降本增效； 3、负责专利数据分析与经营支持，结合流程效能及费用数据，研判专利布局规模、成本趋势及潜在风险，为业务决策提供支持； 4、负责流程优化及费用管控项目落地，制定目标、里程碑及评估指标，推动方案执行、复盘与持续迭代； 5、联动财务、法务、税务等相关团队，推动预算管理及费用规则协同落地，保障管理机制高效、合规运行。

1、熟悉AI工具的使用，能使用低代码或AI Coding工具，有熟练英文阅读能力者优先； 2、具备2年以上专利代理经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析和建模能力，熟练使用Excel，有数据分析从业经验者优先； 4、具备强大的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和问题发现能力，能够从复杂数据中识别问题并输出可落地方案； 5、具备良好的沟通协同与项目推动能力，结果导向强。
