1、围绕AI时代软件研发模式升级，参与建设AI应用安全的智能化检测与研发流程的智能提效； 2、负责相关工具平台的开发全流程，包括但不限于模型接入、Agent设计、RAG优化、MCP及Skill工具开发等； 3、探索新AI应用场景所带来的安全风险，研究对应的风险检测模式并沉淀为可复用的检测能力平台； 4、参与智能研发基础设施建设，推动AI技术在研发效率提升、软件质量提升和安全风险发现等场景规模化应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的软件开发能力，熟练掌握Python/Go/Java等至少一种编程语言； 3、熟悉大模型应用开发相关技术，包括Agent、RAG、MCP、Prompt Engineering等； 4、具备优秀的问题分析和系统设计能力，对AI+软件工程、AI安全等方向有兴趣。

加分项 1、有Agent应用开发实践经验，包括Agent框架使用、工作流设计、RAG优化、MCP、Skill工具开发等； 2、有AI应用评测或AI安全或SDD（Specification Driven Development）或Harness Engineering等相关实践经验。
