1、市场洞察与产品分析； 1）持续跟踪AI Agent行业动态、政策变化和技术趋势，定期输出市场洞察报告； 2）建立产品监测体系，对主要产品的功能、定价策略、商业化模式、市场动作进行系统性跟踪和对标分析； 3）参与新产品立项前的市场调研和可行性分析，提供数据支撑和决策建议； 2、数据分析体系建设； 1）搭建产品线核心数据指标体系，覆盖营收、商机、产品使用、客户健康度等关键维度； 2）建设和维护数据看板，确保核心指标可视化、可追溯、可下钻； 3）建立取数响应机制，高效支持业务团队的日常取数和专题分析需求； 3、经营分析与专项研究； 1）定期输出产品线经营分析报告，识别业务异动、归因分析并提出改进建议； 2）针对重点业务问题开展专项分析，如客户留存分析、商机转化漏斗分析、定价策略效果评估等； 3）参与年度/季度业务规划，提供数据预测和目标拆解支持； 4、数据治理与能力沉淀； 1）推动数据口径统一和数据质量提升，建立数据规范和SOP； 2）沉淀分析方法论和数据资产，提升团队整体数据驱动能力； 3）探索AI在数据分析中的应用，提升分析效率和深度。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上产品运营工作经验，有SaaS/企业服务/AI产品经验优先； 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据提取和分析，熟练使用Excel/Tableau/Power BI等数据可视化工具； 4、具备良好的商业敏感度和逻辑思维能力，能从数据中发现问题并提出可落地的建议； 5、具备较强的跨团队沟通能力和项目推动能力。

加分项 1、有大模型/AI Agent实际场景落地经验； 2、具备Python/R等编程语言能力，能进行自动化分析和建模； 3、有从0到1搭建数据指标体系和看板的经验； 4、有战略咨询或商业分析经验。
