1、参与、负责跨平台端侧核心中间件设计和开发，如Bridge、资源加载、监控SDK等； 2、参与、负责跨平台用户体验优化，从高性能可维护等方面进行容器优化（如Prefetch、Preload）的设计和落地； 3、推动公司跨平台开发统一端能力生态，提供良好的大前端开发体验； 4、推动跨平台动态化技术在抖音研发及字节跳动各产品内落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉计算机网络相关知识，掌握常用的数据结构与算法，有良好的编码规范；精通HTML/CSS/JavaScript等前端基础技术，掌握React或Vue至少一种MV*框架；熟悉Node.js，能完成基础全栈开发工作；了解AI Agent开发基础逻辑，愿意参与AI Agent前端交互层、流程编排、可视化界面开发，协助完成AI Agent与前端系统的集成适配； 3、具备AI Native产品/技术思维，了解AI与前端全栈结合的核心场景（如智能交互、AI辅助提效、RAG知识库前端适配等），愿意探索AI与前端全栈的融合落地； 4、积极乐观，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力、团队协作能力，业务理解与学习能力强。

加分项 1、探索过开源项目，有自己的产品案例或优秀的技术博客、论文等； 2、有小程序、Hybrid App、AI Agent开发经验与实习经历。
