1、负责AI营销、AIGC、AI销售等方向的产品功能定义、需求调研与流程梳理等工作； 2、明确模型应用能力的定义、标准，构建合理的评估与反馈体系，推动各项关键能力的建设与提升； 3、协调跨多职能团队合作，协同研发、模型团队提升场景可用性，保证项目高质量的实现和交付。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、学习能力优秀，逻辑思维清晰，有较好业务场景理解能力，对大模型以及AI应用领域有较大热情，对大模型的特性与动态有跟踪和理解； 3、具备较好的协调沟通能力，有较好的复杂项目推进经验； 4、在AI营销领域有模型应用相关项目实践者加分； 5、每周出勤5天，实习时长6个月者优先。
