1、负责抖音音乐团队移动应用产品的设计、开发、测试、维护和优化工作； 2、与产品经理、设计师和其他开发人员协作，确保产品符合用户需求和期望； 3、对产品进行持续的性能优化，提升用户体验； 4、参与AI相关新技术的研究，为产品的持续创新提供技术支持。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力； 6、有AI相关实践或者项目落地经验者优先。
