1、AI场景发现与战略规划：深入理解采购及采购合规业务，主动识别适合AI落地的高价值场景；建立Procurement Compliance×AI Opportunity Map，结合业务价值、技术可行性、数据成熟度与风险确定优先级；持续关注采购AI、Agent、数字员工等趋势； 2、Compliance AI产品与项目落地：推动采购合规AI场景从问题定义、方案设计、POC/Pilot到上线应用与效果评估；建立Human-in-the-loop机制，合理划分AI输出与人工判断、责任的边界； 3、采购AI协同：代表采购合规持续参与采购团队、产品团队的AI相关项目，识别需要嵌入的合规规则、风险控制与人工判断节点，推动合规从事后Review方逐步成为Governance Design参与方； 4、数据与风险智能：探索制度、流程、案例、QA、采购交易与供应商数据等的连接方式，将人的规则、经验与判断转化为结构化知识、风险特征与可计算信号，探索AI辅助的风险感知、异常发现与趋势洞察； 5、能力建设：帮助合规团队提升AI literacy与AI-Native工作能力，沉淀AI场景、Prompt、Workflow、Evaluation、Knowledge Base等方法资产，推动团队从“使用AI工具”发展到“利用AI重构工作方式”。

1、具备真实的AI产品、AI应用、Agent或数据产品等技术项目实践经验，且有实际落地成果；对LLM、Agent、RAG/Knowledge、Workflow、Prompt/Context Engineering、Evaluation、Human-in-the-loop等有扎实的实践理解； 2、有足够的技术理解能力，能与产品、算法、工程、数据团队有效沟通，并判断方案的技术可行性与边界； 3、先理解问题、再判断AI是否适合，而非为用AI而造场景；能把模糊需求转化为Problem→使用案例→Solution→Pilot→Measurement→Scale； 4、较强的自驱力与探索能力，能在没有成熟方案和明确需求的情况下推动新方向；良好的跨团队推动能力，英文可作为办公语言； 5、有企业级AI、Agent、数字员工、智能工作流、AI产品、数据产品、解决方案架构或业务数字化转型背景优先； 6、有采购、供应链、财务、内控、风险、合规等复杂企业业务场景经验；有Knowledge Management、规则引擎、流程自动化、异常检测相关经验；有从0→1Pilot、再从1→N Scale等经验优先。
