1、根据公司的需求预测，结合硬件基础迭代以及行业市场情况，对制定的供应计划进行运营管理，满足业务对供应交付的及时性、准确性及成本优化的诉求； 2、协同建立缺货处理应对机制，拉通需求端和供应端建立需求沟通机制（含异常需求管理）并输出供应计划； 3、协同建立安全库存模式，完善供应弹性管理机制； 4、基于季度统计预测结果，分析预测偏差，根据需求预测准确率，不断完善供应模式的迭代，通过供需平衡和变化，持续提高并改善需求预测准确率； 5、收集和分析市场、业务需求、供应计划和策略等信息，配合垂直类供应规划人员制定产品迭代规划和路线图； 6、关注行业动态，提供市场分析和产品竞争优势建议，负责产品在业务端的推广，保障产品迭代竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有5年以上供应链运营相关经验，了解服务器产品或云产品； 3、主观能动性强，富有激情，仔细认真，责任心强； 4、有市场分析和产品推广经验，了解行业趋势； 5、具备创新思维和问题解决能力，具备良好的沟通能力，善于归纳总结； 6、对工作充满热情，有责任心。
