1、打造业界领先的多模态数据处理、多媒体AI计算平台，支持Seed生成/视觉/语言等大模型的预训练数据处理、豆包AI实时通话计算平台等重点业务； 2、负责平台的架构设计和研发，包括高性能数据处理框架、任务调度、资源管理、模型/算子管理、自动伸缩服务等； 3、基于K8s体系构建大规模任务处理系统，并负责GPU、CPU等多种异构资源的编排调度优化； 4、负责云平台与字节跳动火山引擎基础设施如计算、存储、AI模型等上下游生态的集成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、出色的系统设计及编码能力，算法、数据结构、操作系统等基础知识扎实，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力； 3、精通主流语言的至少一门Go/C++/Python等； 4、在构建高可用、高并发系统方面有丰富经验； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，优秀的组织协调能力； 6、有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界新技术。

加分项： 1、熟悉K8s工作原理、云原生AI/大数据生态常用的开源组件，或熟悉Ray、Spark等分布式数据处理框架者优先。
