ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：风控算法团队致力于解决各个产品（包括抖音、今日头条等）面临的各种黑灰产对抗问题，涵盖内容、交易、流量、账号等多个方面的风险治理领域。利用机器学习、多模态、大模型等技术对用户行为、内容进行理解，从而识别潜在的风险和问题。不断深入理解业务和用户行为，进行模型和算法创新，打造业界领先的风控算法体系。

1、负责字节跳动各产品（包括抖音、今日头条等）各种作弊风险的发现与治理，包括内容、交易、流量、账号等方面的风险； 2、通过指标监控归因，及时感知风险及业务的变化，主动识别潜在攻击，持续优化调整风控方案，并推动风控治理建设及业务模式调整； 3、通过CV、NLP、大语言模型、多模态大模型、表征学习、图模型、深度学习、迁移学习、多任务学习等技术，提升问题发现的效率，从而快速阻断风险，优化平台的各项生态指标； 4、挖掘和分析海量内容和用户行为进行用户长短期画像建设，提升模型的精准性和召回面； 5、结合各场景业务（抖音短视频、电商、直播、生活服务、用户增长等）特性，进行模型和算法创新，打造业界领先的风控算法体系。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业者优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形中一项或多项； 5、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
