1、负责集团安全业务数据仓库的整体规划、架构设计与建设落地，构建高质量、可扩展的数据底座； 2、主导数据模型设计与ETL开发，持续优化数据处理性能；建设完善的数据监控与预警体系，保障数据链路的稳定性与时效性； 3、构建并迭代安全业务核心指标体系，通过数据分析与洞察驱动业务决策，赋能安全策略优化； 4、深入理解安全业务场景，主动挖掘与抽象数据需求，与业务、产品团队紧密协作，推动数据价值在安全领域的深度落地； 5、参与数据治理工作，提升数据资产的规范性、质量与易用性，推动数据标准化建设； 6、探索AI技术在数据开发与分析场景中的应用，提升数据生产效率与智能化水平。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、了解数据仓库方法论（维度建模、数据分层等），有过数据仓库的实践经验；熟悉Hadoop生态（Hive、Spark等），具备良好的SQL能力，能够使用Java或Python中至少一种编程语言； 3、对业务具有敏锐洞察力，善于沟通协作，能理解业务需求并转化为技术方案； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和学习能力。
