团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责对标研究和内容支持，管理对标研究和Desk Research方案产出，帮助团队共同打磨课程方案、撰写方案PPT等； 2、协助Leader管理项目进度和资产，进行知识运营和资产沉淀，管理知识资产，沉淀课程内容和反馈、培训资料、用户反馈； 3、策划并执行学习打卡、案例竞赛等活动，通过飞书社群维护学员活跃度，观察并分析用户行为数据； 4、负责线上直播及线下赋能活动的流程和各项准。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有培训运营、管理咨询方向实习经验优先； 3、精通Office/飞书办公软件，擅长结构化表达和人际沟通； 4、审美在线，会使用常规工具可画、Figma、剪映等工具做基础海报、视频剪辑； 5、对前沿科技和To B感兴趣，有一定的AI动手能力，高频使用Codex、Claude等前沿AI工具； 6、具备Desk Research能力，能够在Mentor框架指导下独立完成行业/管理对标调研报告，逻辑清晰、结论明确，工作认真负责，具备团队协作意识及快速学习能力。
