1、负责抖音AI应用平台和工具研发工作，负责AI Agent搭建工具的建设，包含提示词编排、工作流编排等核心功能研发，与产品团队合作推动AI创新产品以及AI业务落地； 2、负责抖音开放平台研发工作，包含面向抖音开放应用（小程序等）的Code Agent研发工作，积极探索新技术落地，提升开发者体验； 3、负责AI Native研发模式探索，和Coding Agent配合提供技术栈高质量上下文，包括但不限于Rules、Skills等； 4、调研和跟踪AI行业的前沿技术趋势，提供创新解决方案，推动技术在实际应用场景优化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业； 2、前端基础扎实，熟悉主流的前端开发框架，深入了解至少一种前端框架及原理，具备系统架构设计能力，对实现高性能、高可用的前端架构有实际经验； 3、具备人工智能集成开发环境产品、Vibe coding产品、人工智能研发工具/测试等人工智能编码相关项目开发经验的优先； 4、具备人工智能应用项目的相关经验或算法背景，熟悉大语言模型应用架构，产品工程化和数据评测等，对于智能体，检索增强生成，监督微调、强化学习等有基本的认知和理解； 5、具备创新意识，能密切关注人工智能领域的最新发展动态，具备人工智能应用产品落地经验者优先，有开源项目经验者优先。
