1、参与抖音直播营收业务研发，负责礼物、红包、道具、互动玩法及资金资产等业务场景建设； 2、以后端研发为基础，在AI工具辅助下完成页面或交互、服务端接口、数据存储和上线验证等全链路开发任务； 3、参与高并发请求、异步消息、资金一致性和服务稳定性等真实挑战，与产品、客户端和运营协作推动功能完整上线； 4、探索Agent在需求分析、代码生成、自动测试、问题诊断和知识沉淀等场景的应用，建设团队Skill、工作流和业务知识库。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络和数据库等基本知识； 3、至少熟练掌握Go、Java、C++、Python等一种编程语言，具备后端开发基础； 4、有Web前端、客户端、数据处理或云服务相关实践，或愿意借助AI快速跨越技术栈边界，完成从交互到接口、数据存储的完整交付； 5、对AI Coding和Agent研发有强烈兴趣，日常主动使用AI编程工具，并能够验证AI生成结果的正确性； 6、具备较强的学习能力、自驱力和责任心，愿意深入业务、主动发现并解决问题，实习生每周至少出勤4天。
