1、依托AI Coding工具开展日常研发工作，独立负责电商、生活服务、广告相关项目前后端全栈开发、功能迭代与接口联调，承担业务方向前后端技术方案设计、技术选型与开发实现，覆盖商品、交易、营销活动、商家经营工作台、履约链路，以及广告投放、创意素材、竞价出价、效果分析等业务场景，保障业务需求高质量落地； 2、主导或参与前后端基础设施建设，沉淀通用组件库，持续优化工程化工具链、CI/CD交付流程，提升团队整体研发效能； 3、协同产品、算法、数据等跨职能团队，推进技术方案评审与对齐，把控项目进度，保障业务按时稳定交付； 4、持续跟进前端前沿技术，推动新技术业务落地，不断优化页面性能、稳定性与终端用户体验； 5、探索AI、Agent在电商、生活服务、广告场景的创新落地，基于大模型重构营销活动搭建、商家经营诊断、履约异常处置、广告投放与创意生成等业务流程，赋能研发与业务提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Python/Go/Java/JavaScript至少一门开发语言，熟悉Node.js或Go，具备前后端一体化开发实践能力； 3、熟练使用React等主流前端框架，能够独立完成复杂业务界面、数据可视化功能开发； 4、理解LLM基础原理，熟悉AI Agent核心能力模块（Prompt工程、记忆机制、工具调用、RAG、多智能体），能够结合业务场景选型适配不同能力层级的大模型； 5、熟练使用主流AI编码工具（TRAE、Claude Code、Codex等）；可借助AI完成需求拆解、代码编写、复杂逻辑重构、问题定位与修复、单元测试编写、代码评审，具备AI协同研发思维； 6、掌握Git常用操作；具备良好沟通表达与团队协作能力，对新技术保持好奇心，擅长独立思考、复盘总结。

加分项 1、拥有AI Agent开发、部署与二次开发经验，可参与智能体在电商/生活服务/广告场景落地探索；包括交互开发、营销/商家经营/广告投放/创意工作流编排、任务拆分、多智能体并行调度、模型动态择优等实践； 2、具备利用AI Coding工具提升个人与团队研发效能的实战经验；了解MCP协议、LLM工具调用机制，能够搭建AI自动化工作流，沉淀可复用调度模板与工程实践方案； 3、具备电商交易、商家经营、营销活动、物流履约、本地生活，或是广告投放、创意素材、竞价营销系统等业务开发经历；拥有对话应用、智能任务编排、企业知识库平台相关项目经验优先。
