ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：风控工程团队聚焦抖音、今日头条等全产品黑灰产对抗工程化落地，覆盖社区安全、交易风控等多领域风险治理。依托高并发架构、大数据、大模型等核心技术，构建端云一体多层对抗体系，提供全时效基建能力；同时搭建技术情报体系，实现威胁前置预警与精准打击，并联动算法、策略团队推进技术转化，打造高效可靠的智能风控解决方案。

1、参与风控AI Infra建设，面向抖音、今日头条等字节跳动全系产品，围绕数据层、训练层、模型层、服务层、计算层，打造稳定高效的算法基础设施； 2、参与风控模型/Agent的特征工程与数据资产建设，包括样本采集、清洗、标注、特征抽取与质量监控，构建高质量、可追溯的模型数据集； 3、参与模型及Agent评测体系搭建与优化，建设统一的离线/在线评测流程和榜单，支持效果回归测试、负面案例分析与效果归因； 4、参与风控场景下AI Agent的基础设施建设和二次开发，沉淀通用组件与工具，提升Agent迭代与落地效率； 5、参与大模型推理框架（如vLLM/XLLM等）在风控场景的适配与优化，探索推理加速、算力治理与成本优化方案。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信等相关专业者优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，熟练掌握至少一门开发语言（Go/Java/Python/C++/Rust等），具备良好编码能力与线上问题排查能力； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统等； 4、有创新意识，对问题能深入分析本质并能不拘泥现状提出解决方案，具备良好的沟通协作能力与主人翁意识； 5、对AI Agent、智能决策、自动化风控有兴趣，积极追踪大模型及Agent开源社区进展，了解大模型相关原理者优先； 6、有以下任一经验者优先：在特征工程/样本质量闭环建设方面有实践；参与过模型评测平台或评测榜单建设；有Agent二次开发或工具链建设经验；熟悉vLLM等大模型推理框架并有实战经验；对开源社区有过贡献。
