日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过用户调研、数据分析等方式了解需求和使用场景，产出需求文档并推进落地； 2、跟踪产品上线效果、用户反馈，为产品功能的优化提供合理建议； 3、通过优化产品体验、文档等方式为用户提供支持，提升产品体验和用户满意度； 4、关注AI领域的技术和产品动态，为团队提供有价值的洞察和行动方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息技术、人工智能或相关专业背景； 2、对大语言模型、多模态、机器学习ML、强化学习RL、模型训练和推理等底层技术有较为深度理解； 3、了解产品经理基本的方法论，有一定编程、AI Coding经验和能力； 4、对AI平台产品、AI工具有强烈兴趣，重度用户优先；对行业内PAI平台、Sage Maker、Azure ML Platform等产品有认知； 5、可连续实习，工作地为北京。
