1、职责： 1）参与建设巨量学AI营销经营能力提升产品建设，把营销经营知识、优秀经验和产品能力转成可在AI调用、训练和评测的解决方案（Skill、AI Buddy等），包括：需要参与调研内外部真实工作场景，拆解出任务、能力要求、输入输出和成功标准； 2）协助培训专家设计知识单元、任务模板、提示词、Skill与AI Buddy原型； 3）建设评测样本、评分标准、案例库等，并参与真实用户试点，分析任务质量、耗时和反馈数据，与培训专家、产品、研发共同迭代； 4）沉淀场景说明书、产品需求文档、评测报告和复制SOP，并于从学习产品专家提供学习解决方案； 2、要求： 1）有大模型、知识库、工作流或Agent项目实作优先； 2）具备结构化分析、用户研究和数据意识； 3）能独立完成原型并用证据说明效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，学习发展、人力资源、教育学、市场营销、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、有培训项目等相关实习或实践经历者优先，关注广告和销售行业者加分； 3、具备较强的学习能力与逻辑思维，能够通过数据等方式分析问题、提出思路； 4、乐于创新与持续学习，愿意主动探索外部信息与行业实践，有AI应用能力者优先； 5、乐观、开放、高能量，善于沟通协作，愿意接受挑战与变化，能在复杂环境中主动推进事情落地。
