1、深入理解生活服务业务风险场景，主导合规大模型的策略设计与应用落地；结合大模型、Agent、Skill等AI能力，构建覆盖风险识别、智能研判、自动处置的完整解决方案，持续提升审核效率与准确率； 2、统筹项目全生命周期管理，涵盖需求拆解、方案设计、数据接入、模型调优到上线评估的完整流程，建立量化评估体系，监控模型效果，确保稳定交付与持续迭代； 3、与产品、算法、数据、研发等团队高效协作，打通合规链路，推动智能化风险防控方案在业务中落地； 4、追踪AI技术前沿，探索新技术在合规场景的落地可能性；沉淀可复用的能力与最佳实践，赋能团队成长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉主流大模型工具，有丰富的LLM实践和应用落地经验，如Agent设计、Workflow编排、大模型应用开发等AI技术原理与应用场景； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和快速学习能力，对AI技术有强烈兴趣和好奇心，乐于探索新技术并落地到业务场景；有自驱力，能独立思考，责任心强，具备良好的执行力、钻研精神。
