1、基于大模型与机器学习落地智能预测、决策与分析工具，突破传统数据能力边界，打造支撑业务长期发展的AI数据解法； 2、执行抖音平台生活服务领域的数据分析项目，提供洞见以支持业务决策，帮助业务实现快速增长；围绕商家增长、交易效率、生态健康等业务目标，开展数据挖掘与建模工作，覆盖用户/商家分层、需求预测、效果归因、策略评估等场景，输出可落地的业务洞察与策略建议； 3、运用统计学与机器学习方法，解决业务实际问题，包括异动诊断、因果分析、指标体系搭建、AB实验设计与效果评估等，支撑业务科学决策； 4、负责日常数据提取、清洗、分析与可视化输出，构建标准化分析模板与数据看板，保障业务数据的可获得性与准确性； 5、独立承担细分领域的专题分析项目，完成从问题拆解、数据处理、分析建模到结论输出的完整闭环，跟进策略落地效果并复盘迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机科学、软件工程、经济学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程与数据处理能力：熟练使用SQL完成多表关联、复杂查询与数据统计；熟练掌握数据分析与建模库，可独立完成从数据处理到建模输出的完整流程； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，对数据敏感，有较强的业务理解能力与结果导向意识； 4、对AI技术有兴趣，能够结合数据工作场景主动探索AI提效方法，具备将AI工具转化为实际生产力的意识，有真实动手实践经历，如使用大模型辅助数据建模与代码开发、参与AI应用类课程项目/创新竞赛、有Prompt优化等实操经验； 5、有主动学习与探索的意愿，愿意持续跟进AI技术发展，尝试新工具、新方法解决数据工作中的痛点。
