ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：AI应用与创新团队，立足于抖音集团（抖音、直播、今日头条、番茄小说、财经等），致力于AI技术研究与业务创新赋能，包括：AI x 体验、 AI x 质量、AI x 安全等，助力业务品质与口碑的持续提升。 团队拥有算法（大模型、推荐、机器学习）、工程（后台、前端、大数据）、产品等多种职能岗位，地域覆盖深圳、北京、杭州、上海。

1、负责字节跳动效率领域各业务场景下，进行算法应用研究与开发落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于抖音用户体验优化/智能运营/智能客服等； 2、跟踪大模型方向的最新算法研究成果，用以持续提升业务应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于模型CT、Post-training、AI Agent等技术； 3、整理研究数据，撰写技术报告、发表研究论文和申请专利； 4、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理/业务研发/业务质量/运营等同学密切配合，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用至少一门编程语言（Python、C++等优先），代码风格好； 3、具有扎实的机器学习基础，在校学习计算机视觉、语音识别、自然语言、大模型、推荐系统相关专业，数理功底扎实，自学能力强； 4、掌握TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras等任一主流机器学习框架； 5、有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的求知欲、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。

加分项： 1、有优秀工程能力，具备一定大数据处理和开发经验者，熟悉CPU/GPU编程及常见推理加速优先； 2、有LLM/VLM等相关科研和应用经验者，熟悉多模态、推荐算法、语音算法等内容理解算法优先； 3、有国际顶级会议（NeurIPS/ACL/CVPR/AAAI/KDD等）期刊发表者或有竞赛经验者优先。
