1、参与网络设备交付计划制定：基于业务需求预测，结合供应备货策略与建设交付SLA，协助输出网络设备端到端交付计划，并跟进后端供应与到货节奏； 2、参与计划指标数据运营：负责网络设备计划准确率、变更率等指标的数据统计与分析，使用SQL、Python等工具开展需求计划波动的根因分析，输出数据报告与管理改进建议； 3、参与计划系统平台建设：深入需求、库存、采购一线梳理网络设备端到端流程，输出平台化需求建议，与研发工程师协作，推动需求—库存—采购计划平台持续迭代； 4、参与供需风险应对：监控网络设备供需链路关键节点，识别缺料、交付延迟等潜在风险，协助制定针对性计划策略与应急预案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，网络工程、通信工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业优先； 2、网络与计算机基础扎实：熟悉TCP/IP原理及常见路由交换协议（如BGP、OSPF、VXLAN），了解交换机、路由器、光模块等主流网络设备的基本工作原理； 3、掌握至少一门编程语言（Python、Go等），熟悉SQL，能使用脚本与数据分析工具（Python、Excel等）完成数据处理与分析； 4、具备优秀的逻辑分析与结构化思考能力，能对复杂业务问题进行合理的抽象与拆解；对数据敏感，做事细心、严谨； 5、有强烈的求知欲和出色的学习能力，自驱、有责任心，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能适应快速变化的工作环境。

加分项： 1、有校园网建设维护、网络实验室项目经历，或网络设备选型、组网、运维等相关实践经历； 2、熟悉数据中心网络、SDN、RDMA/AI集群高速网络等技术者优先； 3、了解需求预测、进销存、库存管理等供应链基础知识。
