日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入用户真实使用场景，挖掘用户需求与痛点，提出完善的产品方案，推动产品持续创新与优化； 2、参与产品需求迭代和优化，负责明确功能的方案撰写跟进及上线； 3、结合上线产品进行用户反馈、数据分析与复盘，快速迭代优化； 4、负责增长项目的实验策略及数据效果跟踪。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、良好的产品意识，对产品体验细节敏感，有较好的产品设计能力和经验，及数据分析能力； 3、目标导向，工作踏实仔细，具备强烈的责任感、自我驱动力与工作热情； 4、对AI技术有基本认知与了解，日常善于使用AI工具提升效率，具备积极主动探索与尝试新技术的意愿； 5、拥有强烈的好奇心与求知欲，对行业趋势与市场动态保持敏锐的观察和洞察力，能从用户视角与产品视角综合决策； 6、过往做过增长或数据分析相关项目的优先。
