团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与SMB客户的增长运营工作，围绕客户分层、产品匹配、营销触达、线索流转等环节，协助搭建更清晰、可复用的AI对客承接链路，并持续优化用户触达效率和转化效果； 2、参与业务链路中的AI Prompt设计、效果分析和基础聊天质检工作，协助搭建和维护数据看板，跟踪关键过程指标，结合实际对话、案例抽检和用户反馈识别链路问题，并输出优化建议； 3、参与企业微信私域、飞书端内等渠道的日常运营与营销，协助设计并执行SOP化触达方案，沉淀标准流程、素材库、话术库、Playbook及基础知识库，推动常见动作模板化、配置化和可复制； 4、承接业务一线同学的多方输入，协助对需求、活动物料、产品卖点、欢迎语、课程规则、权益口径等信息进行整理、校验与标准化沉淀，推动前链路信息从“零散输入”走向“可执行交付”； 5、通过运营实验、客户洞察和数据分析，支持业务链路的运营策略迭代；积极探索并应用ChatGPT、Codex、ClaudeCode、扣子等AI工具，提升内容生产、用户分析、运营提效和流程协同效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、市场营销、数据分析、统计、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、可连续实习六个月； 3、对AI工具和新技术保持好奇，具备较强学习能力，有AI+内容、AI+运营或AI+工作流实践经验者优先； 4、对产品运营、客户运营或转化链路运营有兴趣，理解从触达、承接到转化的基本逻辑； 5、数据敏感度高，自驱力强，执行细致，责任心强，善于从数据和用户反馈中发现问题并提出优化建议。
