1、负责豆包App端产品功能策略的探索和落地，激发用户更多使用场景，也保证极致的用户体验； 2、主导并协同研发、模型与评测团队，完成用户需求分析、产品及策略的设计、效果的定义与评估等环节。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、积极乐观且有韧性，对产品有想法、有热情，对产品体验细心敏感； 3、有出色的产品和洞察理解能力，能跨团队解决问题、促成合作，推动方案落地，能结合数据敏感与用户同理心作决策； 4、有深度思考和自我否定的习惯，能够积极主动发现问题和解决问题； 5、有创业精神与好奇心，能面对变化，全局落地最优解。
