1、本科及以上学历，设计类、计算机科学相关专业，具有设计经验优先；具备AI类软件工程项目的相关经验优先； 2、对AI有充分的好奇心、有积极主动的行动力、有非常强烈的学习意愿； 3、具备成功商业化产品的项目经验与支付平台的设计方案落地经验，有项目管理、平台系统、BI等工具型产品、国际化产品设计经验者优先； 4、有优秀的视觉设计表现能力，重视细节，追求像素级完美；深入理解各大产品、品牌设计原则和规范； 5、具备较成熟的产品思维和较强的用户同理心，能深度参与用户研究、交互设计、设计原型开发的工作； 6、能独立负责项目的实施和运作，较强的沟通能力，能在复杂环境下推动设计全面落地。
