日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕商家提供的信息，建设可持续迭代的信息与结构化能力，让系统能“理解商家、服务商家、支持后续策略与自动化”； 2、思考和探索不同商家分型的特征，制定差异化主动诊断与建议能力；不断优化渠道对客呈现的适配性和时效性； 3、搭建商家的Agent体系，定义商家自助产品的Agent形态、能力边界与演进路径，推动落地可用的产品方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较强的沟通能力，可顺畅协调内外部沟通；搭建过评测集、案例库（标准/负面案例）、或推动过AI产品的迭代评估体系； 3、对常见的营销渠道、方式方法有认知，感兴趣，有竞价广告经验或感兴趣同学优先； 4、对AI热情，积极拥抱新鲜事物，保持好奇心与积极性加分。
