1、参与新一代商业AI搜索系统建设，推动搜索能力从“匹配式”向“理解与决策式”升级；深度参与大模型的数据构建、后训练（SFT/RLHF/DPO/GRPO）与评测体系设计，技术方向包括但不限于Query改写、意图识别、Tool Box搭建、Generation优化等； 2、参与构建大规模高质量数据集，训练并优化搜索相关模型；探索将前沿LLM融合至搜索系统，通过模型自研与推理优化实现降本与延迟优化； 3、基于LLM理解用户复杂查询、支持多轮对话交互；对查询与文档进行语义分析，为用户提供精准、客观的搜索结果； 4、参与AI搜索基础设施建设，优化RAG架构中的检索排序算法；参与答案生成LLM的训练与优化，提升搜索结果的丰富度与结构化表达； 5、推动研究成果的工程化落地，助力产品创新迭代与体验升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力和扎实的数据结构与算法功底，熟练掌握C/C++或Python； 3、熟悉机器学习/深度学习基础理论，对LLM相关技术（如PE/RAG/SFT/RLHF、模型蒸馏与部署）有理论认识，有相关课程项目、科研或实习实践经验者优先； 4、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，对AI搜索、大模型应用方向有浓厚兴趣，乐于深入钻研技术难题； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，愿意与团队共同探索新技术、落地新方案。
