团队介绍：负责公司大模型信息安全保障体系，持续识别和治理大模型衍生出的新型风险，并建设相应安全产品,保障大模型及其应用在训练、推理和部署等阶段的安全。同时将大模型相关技术应用到安全技术和安全运营领域，实现技术突破，做到效果和效率双提升。

1、研究业界领先的模型和Agent方案，探索在信息安全领域的应用上限，包括不限于漏洞挖掘/验证、安全评估、安全运营等； 2、构建完整的AI系统落地到安全场景：设计和优化Harness、Skill、模型等； 3、探索基于强化学习的模型训练在安全任务的落地； 4、进行安全领域的数据构建/合成/标注/清洗； 5、持续定义新的安全任务能力，提出更好的Benchmark，拓展大模型安全应用的边界。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对AI大模型x安全领域有激情，具备较强的算法模型功底，如大模型训练技术栈； 3、扎实的动手能力和代码功底； 4、有大模型“或”安全领域相关经验，如CTF/漏洞/逆向/模型训练/Agents设计； 5、在ACM/ICPC、Topcoder等竞赛中获奖或在NLP、CV、安全Big4等顶级会议期刊上发表/主导论文者优先； 6、热衷于有挑战的事，自驱、快速学习、良好沟通能力、有想象力。
