日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音电商致力于成为用户发现丰富好物的首选平台。众多抖音创作者通过短视频、直播、商城等丰富的形式，给用户提供更个性化、更生动、更高效的消费体验。同时，抖音电商积极引入优质合作伙伴，为商家变现提供多元的选择。

1、了解电商运营相关业务，协同设计AI运营流程，使用LLM能力挖掘需求机会，指导运营动作； 2、参与拆解业务核心指标，深入了解电商运营工作流程，识别可AI重构环节，完成方案设计、落地与评测； 3、与算法侧和工程侧协同，完成策略迭代规划和产品效果跟进； 4、收集用户反馈与典型案例，通过数据分析发现优化点，促进产品体验升级。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、有电商AI产品实习经验优先，具备产品思维和良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Figma、Sketch等原型设计工具； 3、具有好奇心，具备优秀的理解及沟通表达能力，善于跨部门协作，执行力、自驱力、交付力强，有责任心； 4、每周可保证4天到岗，可连续实习3个月。
