1、负责智能体平台的体验设计，参与定义企业级AI Agent的创建、配置、使用、协作与管理体验； 2、与产品、研发、算法等团队协作，将大模型、Agent、知识库、工作流、工具调用等AI能力转化为清晰、可信、可控的产品体验； 3、负责从设计策略、交互框架、视觉表达到高质量设计交付的完整流程，推动方案在真实业务场景中落地； 4、持续洞察AI产品、企业协作、知识管理、自动化和开发者工具等方向趋势，发现高杠杆体验机会； 5、通过原型验证、用户研究、数据反馈等方式，持续优化智能体的创建门槛、使用效率、结果质量和用户信任感。

1、具备产品判断力，能从用户任务、业务流程、组织协作和技术约束中发现高杠杆设计机会，而不只是完成需求或优化界面细节； 2、具备优秀的交互设计、信息架构和视觉表达能力，能在复杂系统中建立清晰、稳定、高效且有品质感的体验秩序； 3、不只擅长设计表达，也愿意靠近工程实现，Vibe Coding快速构建可交互原型，验证产品想法； 4、对AI新交互范式有好奇心，愿意探索对话、生成、配置、编排、自动化、人机协作等新型体验，而不局限于传统页面设计； 5、具备强自驱力和学习能力，能持续跟进AI工具、Agent产品和开发者工具的发展，并主动应用到工作中。
