1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械化、计算机等理工科专业优先； 2、3-5年技术赛道相关经验，或投行/券商研究所经验，覆盖电子或计算机行业优先、有国际化公司研究经验/业务经验优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思考、问题解构能力和跨组织沟通能力； 4、自驱、好奇心强、长期主义，有创新意识，愿意主动了解新知识，并有意愿在新兴领域探索和成长； 5、具有优秀的英文听说读写能力优先； 6、具有国内B端saas市场研究经验优先。
