日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与产品的运营与增长，围绕核心用户（研发、产品、运营等）设计并推进产品运营方案，提升产品使用深度与业务覆盖度； 2、与产品经理、研发、算法团队深度协作，理解产品能力与技术边界，将复杂能力转化为清晰、可理解、可复用的使用路径和运营机制； 3、基于数据分析用户行为与使用反馈，识别关键场景与卡点，推动产品功能优化与体验迭代； 4、参与产品功能发布、模板/案例建设、用户引导与内容沉淀，帮助用户在真实业务中更快上手产品； 5、跟踪AI、大模型、AI Coding相关产品与行业趋势，结合内部业务需求，探索创新型产品运营与落地方式。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息管理、交叉学科等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品/大模型/研发工具有强烈兴趣，使用或深度体验过Claude、DeepSeek、GPT、Cursor、Copilot、V0等相关产品者优先； 3、具备良好的数据意识，能够通过数据分析（如SQL/Python/表格工具等）辅助判断与决策者优先； 4、逻辑清晰、学习能力强，能够快速理解复杂产品与技术概念，并进行结构化表达； 5、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能与产品、研发、算法等不同背景角色高效配合。
