1、负责内容策略&达人推荐策略的AI Agent产品，依托大模型深入理解客户需求，为客户的达人营销方案提供内容策略、达人推荐策略等； 2、完成从数据接入、数据清洗、策略制定等全流程的产品能力建设，为策略的有效性和客户的实际投放效果负责； 3、及时收集客户、达人、业务团队的推广反馈，并提炼产品优化建议，推进产品的持续迭代优化； 4、定义产品理想体验与核心指标，通过AI能力（如Prompt工程、RAG应用）优化内容分发；搭建科学的策略迭代框架，推动策略效果持续提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历；计算机、数学、统计等相关专业； 2、有达人营销、内容创意相关产品经验优先；具备策略设计能力，有AI相关产品经验，能有完整的视角串联上下游，保证产品能力的完整性和有效性； 3、有良好的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和业务解读能力，并对客户需求有高敏感度； 4、具备较高的工作热情，有较强的自我驱动能力，能主动发现问题、解决问题、达成目标； 5、与模型算法、工程技术、评测和标注等团队紧密协作，对齐大模型应用技术边界与产品需求，驱动产品持续迭代进化，保持产品竞争力。
