1、负责字节跳动移动客户端通用网络库的研发，服务公司各产品线App，包括TikTok等，提供相关场景解决方案，专注于对全球用户提供优质、高效、安全的客户端网络接入服务； 2、深度参与手机端产品需求分析、开发、上线、观测、排障等全流程工作，能写出在亿万用户手机上平稳运行的代码，能深入到跨平台技术细节，能接触到最新的协议和技术； 3、发现和解决全球网络接入问题，探索网络策略、传输协议、压缩技术，为用户创造安全高效的网络接入体验，能遇到全球亿万用户碰到的各种问题，每一个点在海量用户面前都可能成为优化点，需要极致的思考和落地能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、校内成绩优异，具有良好的计算机编程能力，问题拆解能力；熟练掌握C++、Objective-C/Swift、Android Java/Kotlin至少一种，熟悉App开发的主流框架和开发模式； 3、具有网络开发经验优先； 4、具有移动端iOS/MacOS或者Android手机开发/实习经验优先； 5、具有良好的团队合作精神，对技术有强烈的内驱力和好奇心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。
