1、产品定义与落地：负责火山引擎方舟MaaS平台的功能规划，包括但不限于模型推理接入、精调工作流、多模态能力沉淀以及模型服务化的全生命周期管理； 2、企业级能力构建：深入洞察企业在AI转型中的痛点，设计并优化RAG、Tools及智能体（Agent）开发框架，打造高易用性、高可用性的开发者工具； 3、跨部门协同与落地：与销售、市场、技术等团队紧密合作，推动产品在客户侧的有效落地，并提供专业支持，提供基于豆包大模型的最优产品路径与最佳实践； 4、效果评估与优化：建立产品评估体系，监控数据及用户反馈，持续迭代优化产品，提升用户体验和市场竞争力； 5、前瞻性探索：持续追踪国内外AI技术趋势，快速响应技术变革，推动产品迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业背景优先； 2、对LLM（大语言模型）原理有深入理解，熟悉Prompt Engineering、SFT、RLHF、RAG等技术路径； 3、具备面向开发者的工具类产品设计经验，或工程师背景转产品经理的经历； 4、对软件开发流程、专业技术人员的工作习惯和深层痛点有深刻理解和同理心，能真正为用户发声。
