团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责飞书、豆包生态下AI类ISV合作伙伴的规划与发展，主导AI产品和解决方案的架构设计与落地，推动伙伴合作PMF与规模化增长；主导合作产品从0到1的验证过程，跟踪市场反馈，持续迭代优化方案，推动产品达到PMF状态； 2、业务架构规划：负责AI方向ISV生态的整体业务架构设计，结合飞书、豆包平台能力与市场需求，制定合作策略和路线图； 3、方案设计与共创：与ISV伙伴深度共创，基于飞书开放平台和豆包能力，设计面向各类企业客户的AI解决方案（如智能办公、知识管理、业务流程自动化等场景）； 4、技术赋能与生态建设：为ISV伙伴提供技术架构指导和最佳实践，帮助伙伴快速理解和接入飞书、豆包平台能力；沉淀AI解决方案方法论和标杆案例，推动生态内方案复用与规模化推广； 5、跨团队协同：与产品、研发、销售等团队对齐，推动平台能力迭代和合作项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上AI相关工作经验，其中3年以上AI相关岗位经验； 2、具备AI领域的产品或方案设计经验，有企业级AI应用商业化经验优先； 3、熟悉SaaS产品生态和ISV合作模式，有企业服务、PaaS平台、开放生态相关工作背景优先； 4、具备优秀的业务理解和抽象能力，能够从复杂需求中提炼核心问题并设计可落地的解决方案； 5、具备良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动多方合作项目。
