1、协助支持字节跳动旗下全产品线的广告投放策略设计，参与RTA、DPA、人群定向、智能出价等媒体能力在实际投放中的应用与效果分析； 2、参与广告模型与投放策略的数据监控与基础分析，协助产出优化建议和产品迭代方向； 3、理解业务需求，协助跨团队沟通协调，参与策略从方案设计到上线落地的全流程，积累广告系统实战经验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对互联网广告、计算广告或推荐系统有浓厚兴趣并有一定了解； 3、逻辑清晰，思维严谨，对数据敏感，能通过数据发现问题； 4、责任心强，学习意愿高，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识； 5、具备优秀的AI相关应用与落地能力，投递时附带个人AI作品集者优先。
