团队介绍：抖音音乐研发团队的使命是用音乐建立共鸣和激发表达，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐创作、表达和交流的平台。目前已经上线了汽水音乐APP、妙响（AI音乐及MV创作）、汽水音乐内容合作平台等消费端、创作端以及平台产品。汽水音乐是旨在成为Z世代用户最喜欢的音乐应用，主打个性化推荐与沉浸式听歌体验；妙响是一站式AI音乐创作发行平台，“灵感即刻成歌”，旨在通过AI技术重塑音乐创作、分发与消费的全链路，团队有自研音乐生成大模型，结合AI打造专业音乐创作平台；汽水音乐内容合作平台，为音乐人及厂牌提供音乐作品管理、发行、宣推、词曲生产等平台能力，旨在为音乐人带来更多听众，激发创作和成长，也带来更多收益。我们期待热爱技术的你加入，一起创造更多可能。

1、业务开发：参与AI音乐产品的端到端研发，应用大模型和音频生成能力赋能音乐创作、编辑、翻唱、混音等C端场景，以及达人投稿、审核提效、版权治理、音质评估等B端场景； 2、产品体验：参与音乐创作工具的核心交互建设，包括音频播放与剪辑、波形/频谱可视化、AI生成实时反馈等，把模型能力封装成稳定易用的产品体验； 3、工程优化：参与AI音乐服务端链路建设，持续迭代模型调度、任务编排、结果缓存、AI Agent底层架构，优化性能、成本、稳定性和安全等指标； 4、前沿探索：参与AI音乐及通用AI新技术的调研与落地，如Multi-Agent、RAG、音频扩散模型、可控生成、特定小模型训练等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统等课程；具有良好的编程习惯，代码结构清晰，命名规范； 3、熟悉现代化前端框架体系，掌握Go/Python/Java/C++/Node中的一种或多种服务端语言，具备实际全栈开发经验； 4、有AI Agent或LLM应用实践经验，熟悉AI Coding、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、Tool Calling、MCP、结构化输出、AI评测等任一方向； 5、AI产品爱好者和使用者，追求良好的用户体验；对音乐/音频有兴趣或相关背景，具备较强的自驱力和学习能力。

加分项： 1、有音乐、音频、音视频方向的开发或研究经验，如WebAudio、DSP、音频剪辑与可视化等； 2、有AI音乐相关的实践经验，如Suno/Udio/Riffusion/MusicGen/DiffSinger/RVC等模型使用、微调或二次开发； 3、熟悉大模型相关算法，如Transformer、Diffusion、Mamba、CNN/RNN/LSTM、梯度下降等； 4、具备音乐理论、演唱、演奏、编曲、混音等相关背景； 5、有个人技术作品、开源项目或高质量比赛/论文经历（Kaggle、ISMIR、ICASSP、ACM等）。
