1、持续跟踪海内外AI领先者的前沿动态，分析重点公司的最新科研著作、AI技术趋势； 2、能产出针对AI模型和技术发展相关的分析报告，包括不限于Scaling Law、ML理论、RAG、Agent、具身、 LMM、AI计算硬件等； 3、针对公司企业服务新产品进行前期调研，制定实际的产品化策略方案并参与产品落地； 4、跟踪公司已有业务的最新动态，结合AI产业发展趋势提出可行的技术侧策略和建议； 5、能在日常接触和了解国内外领先的AI产品和技术趋势； 6、能近距离参与现象级互联网产品的增长和成功，见证想法的落地与实施，学习商业运作规律； 7、能与来自顶尖战略咨询公司的团队合作，学习经验丰富的项目技能和产品落地商业化视角。

1、硕士/博士（优先）学位在读，理工科（CS/AI/数学/统计学/数据科学/信息工程等）相关专业； 2、实习周期不低于3个月，每周出勤4天以上； 3、英语水平流利，能迅速获取并分析英文信息，完成英文报告； 4、对AI产业发展趋势、机器学习和AI技术有强烈的兴趣，能完成AI前沿技术理论和实操方向研究； 5、具备快速学习、结构化思考和抽象分析的能力，乐于探究事物本质。
