1、参与AI Security相关产品的设计、开发与持续优化； 2、开展AI Traffic安全能力建设，对Agent的Prompt、Context、Tool Calling、MCP通信及API调用进行安全检测、策略控制和风险拦截； 3、开展Agent Runtime安全能力建设，包括工具权限控制、行为约束（Guardrails）、运行时风险检测及异常行为分析； 4、搭建Agent身份认证、权限管理、Policy Engine、Credential Vault、审计日志等安全能力，开展LLM应用的安全评测、Agent行为评估（Agent Evaluation）及AI红队测试（AI Red Teaming）； 5、跟踪Generative AI、AI Agent、AI Security等前沿技术，并推动创新方案落地； 6、参与打造新一代企业级AI安全产品，帮助企业安全地构建、部署和治理AI智能体（Agent）及大语言模型（LLM）应用，平台覆盖AI Traffic Security、Agent Runtime Security、Agent IAM等核心能力，为企业提供端到端的AI安全解决方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络安全、人工智能等相关专业； 2、熟悉至少一种编程语言，如Python、Go、Java或Rust； 3、扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络和数据库基础； 4、对LLM、AI Agent、网络安全及云计算充满热情，具备良好的学习能力和工程实践能力； 5、热爱AI+Security，关注AI Agent、LLM和Agentic AI的最新发展；对企业级AI安全产品充满兴趣，希望解决真实世界中的安全与治理问题；乐于学习新技术，具备良好的工程实践能力和团队协作能力。

加分项 1、有AI Agent或AI产品开发经验，熟悉LangChain、Dify等框架； 2、熟悉RAG、Embedding、Prompt Engineering等技术； 3、有机器学习、后端开发、云原生、安全或开源项目经验者优先。
