团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、文本模型迭代闭环：负责模型问题定义，优化方案拆解，数据筛选，数据标准，数据实验，效果验证全流程，包括不限于SFT、RM数据、效果评测等； 2、文本模型产品运营：与算法团队、产品团队等密切协作，深度理解AI探索项目的特点，协助设计数据生产方案，提供策略优化建议； 3、文本模型数据运营和提效：基于主流模型训练方法进行模型效果调优，通过Workflow、Agent自动化等手段为模型训练提供高精准数据，或为人标流程提供自动化提效支持，以提升模型表现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备大模型训练、搜索运营、效果评测、长文、Deep Research等相关经验； 3、学习能力强、管理统筹能力强、有责任心，有AI从业经验或资深AI使用者优先； 4、具备独立解决复杂和深度问题的方法论，如问题拆解、资料收集、信息提取、数学建模等逻辑链； 5、有代码能力，包括不限于Python、Java等，有独立搭建Workflow、Agent能力。
