团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与大语言模型生产力/Agent方向的评测工作，围绕真实办公与工具使用场景，协助设计评测任务、样本标准和验收口径； 2、参与人工评测、自动评估与Agent-as-Judge相结合的评测流程建设，协助迭代题库、评测标准和质检方法，提升评测效率与结果一致性； 3、从用户体验和任务完成质量出发，分析Agent在多步任务执行中的表现，定位可能来自模型能力、工具配置、执行流程或数据处理环节的问题； 4、整理评测结果，输出清晰的评测记录、问题归因和改进建议，为算法迭代、产品优化和版本准出提供支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、对AI生产力工具、Agent产品或办公自动化场景感兴趣者优先，逻辑清晰、表达准确，具备较强的信息整理和问题分析能力，能够在复杂任务中拆解目标、发现问题并沉淀结论； 3、有责任心，做事细致严谨，能够按照评测标准稳定执行任务，并对评测口径、一致性和结果质量保持敏感； 4、深度使用过AI工具或Agent类产品，能从用户视角判断任务结果是否合理、是否好用、是否真正完成目标； 5、学习能力强，愿意快速理解新工具、新任务和新评测标准，能在导师或团队支持下持续提升评测判断力和交付质量； 6、具备基础工程或数据处理能力者优先，例如了解Prompt编写、Workflow/Agent配置、CLI使用、简单脚本处理或数据标注流程，有QA/QC、模型评测、数据集构建、标注质检、用户体验分析等相关经历者优先。
