团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、模型评估：结合用户真实需求制定评测标准，建设自动评估能力，指导线上模型内容效果优化； 2、数据策略：根据模型表现缺陷拆解待提升能力点，结合算法训练目标与方式，调研确定训练数据策略，探索医疗模型能力天花板； 3、数据获取：根据不同数据需求与特征，通过调研、机器构造、人工标注等方式获取高质量数据与语料，协同算法优化模型效果，保障线上内容安全，提升医疗用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，医学、临床医学、公共卫生等相关专业优先； 2、能稳定出勤6个月，对大模型和用户产品感兴趣，对模型能力边界有理解，具备SP调优、Workflow搭建经验优先，具备基础代码或者Vibe coding能力者优先； 3、对优质内容有判断力，深刻理解用户需求和内容调性，具备良好的用户调研和内容评估能力，项目管理能力佳者优先； 4、目标感强，逻辑思维佳，数据分析能力好，责任心强，善于学习和独立思考。
