1、参与供应链关键商务协同：支持相关商务会议的组织与协调，协助推进重要合作沟通，有机会参与战略供应商关系维护，协助推进关键合作事项； 2、跟进关键商务会议决议落地：协助推动关键商务会议决议落地，跟踪重点事项进展，关注里程碑、交付节奏与风险问题； 3、日常跨团队协助支持：组织供应链相关例会、专题会议，做好会议纪要整理、行动项拆解与后续跟进，推动跨团队协作事项闭环； 4、支持跨部门沟通与协同：协助供应链与相关业务、职能团队之间的沟通协调，支持资料整理、信息汇总等日常工作，提升团队协同效率； 5、复合型培养规划：在培养过程中，逐步建立对供应链管理、商务协同、项目管理及业务运营的系统认知，为后续进入具体业务方向发展打下基础。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、熟练使用Office、AI等办公工具，具备良好的信息整理、材料输出和项目管理能力； 3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、计划组织能力与逻辑思维能力，有较强责任心、执行力和团队合作精神，能在多任务环境下高效推进工作； 4、英文读写能力优秀，英文可作为工作语言； 5、对供应链、采购、基础设施等领域有一定了解或实践经历者优先； 6、有学生组织、项目管理、商务沟通等实习经验者优先。
