1、负责抖音平台资讯内容质量优劣识别策略运营，理解并建设资讯质量识别能力，同时推动基于资讯质量的差异化分发机制迭代，为资讯内容质量水位，识别策略准召等效果指标负责； 2、协同算法团队优化模型效果、产品团队迭代运营平台，高效沟通； 3、能够基于数据异常信号与用户正负反馈数据规律，挖掘潜在内容质量相关问题，定义问题边界并设计识别策略，推动从0到1方案落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，新闻、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL及完成数据清洗与分析，了解基础聚类算法原理，有大模型经验优先； 3、对内容行业理解，有较好的内容敏锐度和判断力，能够敏锐洞察内容风险，并设计解决方案； 4、具备跨团队推动力，擅长将复杂问题拆解为可执行的策略需求并落地验证。
