1、参与大模型评测体系建设，围绕商客服务领域内各个模型应用的业务场景如智能客服，协助推动评测能力在多类AI应用中的落地； 2、参与设计评测与标注方案，协助制定标注规则、校准标准和统一评估口径，推动不同场景下评测标准的一致性和可复用性； 3、负责评测项目的日常运营推进，包括样本组织、标注协同、进度跟进、质量校验和问题复盘，保障评测工作稳定运行； 4、基于评测结果、业务反馈和典型案例，识别各业务场景的大模型能力水位、核心差距和关键问题，输出分析结论和专项洞察； 5、协同产品、算法、业务运营等团队，推动评测发现的问题进入优化闭环，帮助业务更清晰地理解当前能力边界与优化优先级； 6、参与横向评测机制建设，推动不同业务场景之间的标准拉齐、问题对齐和结果共享，逐步建立具有影响力的横向评测运营能力； 7、协助搭建评测看板、复盘机制和沟通机制，持续提升评测工作的透明度、节奏感和推动力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学/商业分析/数据分析/经济学/数学等专业优先； 2、对AI、大模型、LLM应用或智能产品方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入理解模型能力在真实业务场景中的表现与问题； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼关键问题并形成清晰结论； 4、认真细致，责任心强，对标准敏感，能够在评测、标注、校准等工作中保证质量和一致性； 5、具备较强的沟通协同和推进能力，能够推动多方对齐标准、同步进度并落地执行； 6、熟悉Excel/数据分析工具者优先；有内容标注、评测、策略运营、质检运营、AI产品相关实习经历者优先。
