1、负责抖音的全局基础设施，同时通过产品设计规范和体验设计落地来保障抖音的整体用户体验； 2、围绕核心内容容器，持续构建与优化体验规则与设计资产（组件、交互、表达方式），支撑多场景、多业务的接入与演进； 3、将AI融入设计与产品工作流，在体验定义、方案生成与验证过程中提升效率与探索空间； 4、探索AI对内容消费、互动方式与表达形态的影响，结合业务实践推动新的体验模式与产品形态落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有相关项目研究和实践经历，有可展示证明自己的案例和作品；热爱设计，对行业、产品、设计的发展趋势有关注，有寻求改变和创新的热情； 3、重视细节，对美有高标准的追求，扎实的专业能力； 4、在实际项目中使用过AI参与设计或产品流程，能够清晰说明其在体验定义、创意探索或方案生成中的作用； 5、具备AI Coding/AI Prototyping/动效等能力为加分项。
