1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、优秀的逻辑能力与结构化表达能力，能把具体的内容抽象成特点和标准； 3、具有良好的内容品味（包括图文、短视频、小说、短剧、音乐等），对好内容有感知力和理解； 4、自驱力强、主动积极、结果导向，工作激情饱满。
